A Bit About Me
My name is Emma Bergeron, and I hail from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. I grew up a competitive horseback rider, and moved to Florida in 2018 to pursue show jumping more seriously. After competing for Team Canada on Nations Cups and Young Rider teams into my early adulthood, I decided to pursue a more tangible and accessible career. I became a personal trainer in 2022 with the intention of changing lives for the better and helping others gain confidence in themselves.
Since then I have continued riding my horses every day, while fostering a healthier relationship to my body and mind. Learning and growing to take better care of myself and make healthier choices has inspired me to help others. I coached in a commercial gym for a year and a half, and learned SO much along the way. It was a truly invaluable experience and I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to change so many lives. However, in 2024 it was time to uproot as I was really missing Canada and feeling disconnected from the Earth. I moved to Vancouver to reconnect, and began the process of starting my own business.
Currently, I am blessed to live a life filled with connection. I have a job that allows me to help others be their strongest and best selves. I live so close to beautiful parks and beaches, and I’m just a drive away from the mountains. Running my own business gives me the freedom to spend my time how I choose, so I get to prioritize my spiritual practice and self-evolution. This allows me to show up for my clients as my most patient, wise, and insightful self. My current focus is on expanding my business to a larger client base, continuing my education to provide my clients with the best service possible, and furthering my skill level in freestyle calisthenics.
