Service Description
The movement assessment is our first training session together! Over the course of an hour, we will assess core functional movements like the squat and deadlift to analyze your body's movement patterns and any imbalances you have. This will give me the chance to get to know your body and your current level of strength, so we have a frame of reference for the progress we're making. The movement assessment is imperative to an effective program, as it shows me what we need to work on the most, and where our starting point should be.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of their start time will be fully charged. Any sessions cancelled 12+ hours before their start time can be rescheduled.
